By downloading, installing, or using VYK ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

VYK is an AI-powered application that converts video content and images into structured developer guides. The Service includes guide generation, AI-powered chat, content organization, and cloud synchronization.

3. User Accounts

You may use VYK with a device-based anonymous account or create a registered account using email, Apple Sign-In, or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to process content you do not have the right to access or distribute
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Use automated means to access the Service beyond normal app usage

5. Subscriptions and Payments

VYK offers free and premium subscription tiers. Premium subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscription terms, pricing, and renewal policies are governed by the respective app store's terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account settings.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by VYK and protected by intellectual property laws. Guides generated from your content belong to you, but the underlying AI technology and App remain our property.

7. Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the URLs and content you submit to the Service. VYK does not host or redistribute the original video content. We process content solely for the purpose of generating guides for your personal use.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any guides generated by the AI. Always verify critical information from authoritative sources.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VYK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes through the App or by updating the date at the top of these Terms.
